Delta Energy Systems has launched the new DP 7200B Series, which combines a compact modular design with intelligent power features and advanced technology.
Delta Energy Systems has launched the new DP 7200B Series. This product series is based on highly advanced technology and offers new features for high power telecommunication applications. The outstanding efficiency of the DPR 7200B-48 rectifier together with the efficiency mode provides energy savings over an extremely wide operating range.
The DP 7200B Series combines a compact modular design with intelligent power features and advanced technology. The modular concept allows flexible and expeditious customized configurations, which is a key benefit of the DP 7200B Series.
The power system consists of rectifier cabinets and distribution cabinets and it is scalable and expandable up to 720 kW. Up to ten DPR 7200B-48 rectifiers can be mounted to the DPS 7200B-48-10 ETS cabinet. The rectifier cabinet is also available for 60 V applications with power system controller PSC 1000.
The key component of the DP 7200B Series is the DPR 7200B-48 rectifier. It is a three-phase, hot-pluggable and a fan-cooled rectifier. The rectifier employs the advanced technology with inbuilt intelligence supporting energy saving and smart startup features for a safe startup e.g. for diesel generator operation.
The power system controller PSC 3 is a 3rd generation power system controller with the complete range of intelligent functionalities, such as PLC functionality, SNMP remote monitoring and the smart battery management. The intelligent efficiency mode brings significant energy savings over a wide range of systems.
Delta offers various new system solutions based on the new rectifier modules. The typical application for this rectifier is in indoor environments, what makes it a perfect solution for central offices (CO), wireless core networks, telecommunications networks and data networks.
